Arne, a KnetMiner Co-Founder and Product Manager, recently presented AI‑enhanced Knowledge Mining with KnetMiner: A Bioinformatics Platform for Crop Gene Discovery at ISMB/ECCB 2025. It was an incredible experience to share our work in front of over a hundred leading scientists from around the world – including familiar faces like Janet Thornton, Carole Goble, and per chanxce, Arne's former professor from the University of Cape Town, Nicky Moulder.
